I’m Wade Larimer, an independent home inspector serving the entire Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. My credentials include licensure as a Texas Real Estate Commission Professional Inspector #25012, Mold Assessment Technician #1538, and Texas Department of Agriculture Technician #0952210. Those certifications let me deliver a truly comprehensive evaluation—structural integrity, mechanical systems, indoor air quality, and wood-destroying insects—so you can rely on one trusted professional instead of juggling multiple vendors.
