I would definitely recommend using Level Up Home Inspections! They were extremely responsive from my initial quote to the very end of the process. Brian did our inspections. He was there early, very flexible when making another appointment for our re-inspection, and did a great job all around!... Their portal was very user friendly. My wife and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. We ended up using them twice, and Wade inspected both homes. Thanks to Wade, we were able to back out of the first home. He really saved us from making a bad decision on a house that seemed perfectly normal from the outside.
